That’s because they know that 90% of Igbos will be in the village during Christmas and New year. Now how many will be ready to return to their base to vote, I doubt if it will be up to 20%.. some will prefer to stay safe with their family in the village till after election to observe the outcome.
Now many Igbo will be disenfranchised through this situation. So I suggest all Igbos to start transferring their Polling booth to their respective Villages. As soon as possible.
